$1000 +$75 Cleaning fee for 6 hours. In this time you must setup. host your event and breakdown.
Our staff is responsible for the cleaning. 
A deposit of $250 is required to book and reserve your date and it goes towards your balance. The remaining is due 30 days before your event. 

Additional hours $100 per hour
Smoking Fee $150
