6.5 hour time frame, tables, chairs, prep kitchen, beverage bar, & free parking. +linen for up to 30 guest and a luxury balloon garland setup is included put the party is responsible for the breakdown. $150 is required to book to reserve your date & time . $50 is non-refundable to other $100 is refundable if you meet the terms and conditions in the contract.
